the festival isnt coming back, so no masks, just the games - i think
hooray, gonna farm the next days so i can spend hundreds of K's idling there and getting to the third, fourth or even fifth title  edit: yay  WASTING MONEY TIME!

Yeah the games are coming back. So if means Tyria players will be able map the Overlook which normally only Cathan players can access.
